Within the project “European Cooperation Bridges for Occupational Health and Safety” (ECBOHS), the Western Balkans and Turkey Occupational Health and Safety Forum was held on November 29th 2012 in Ankara (Turkey).
Since Center for Research and Studies GEA had been a project partner for Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Republic of Srpska entity), the Forum was be attended by its representative. The delegation of the Ministry of Labor of RS was also present at the event.
The Forum was the final event officially closing the ECBOHS project.
Main themes were:
– Alignment to EU Acquis: Challenges & Opportunities for Better OHS
– The role of social partnerships and dialogue for better OHS policy implementation
– State of affairs and implementation of sustainable OHS management system
The Forum was attended by more than 300 guests from Western Balkans and Turkey.
